Brittany Smith

Account Manager

Brittany enjoys helping clients understand benefits questions they were previously confused about. As Account Manager, she operates as the primary contact for the day-to-day needs of clients. Brittany also creates employee communication materials, designs benefit plans, reviews carrier documentation, and implements new programs.

Brittany joined FirstPerson with five years of experience working with the insurance and wellness needs of small to mid-sized businesses. In her past positions, she assisted with client service and office management, in addition to wellness services. She also facilitated clients with preparation of forms, managed group plans with carriers, prepared effective timelines, and educated clients on wellness programming.

Outside of the office, Brittany and her husband have been enjoying their time with their daughter, Meira. They also enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Brittany holds a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in health science and dietetics.
