Dianne’s primary role at FirstPerson is to provide administrative support and client support for Executive Benefits. She processes and services Executive Benefits and individual products, in addition to assisting small group clients.
Dianne brings more than 20 years of client service and industry knowledge to FirstPerson, including experience at UnumProvident. In her role there, she worked with individual disability and life products, was responsible for new business enrollment materials, and serviced existing business. Dianne has also worked for Merrill Lynch as an Insurance Account Manager and with Monarch Insurance Company.
In her spare time, Dianne enjoys being with her family, volunteering at her church, and playing with and walking her dog, Cali. She is also dedicated to advocating against the stigma of mental health.
Dianne has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry.
