El is passionate about building relationships and helping the FirstPerson team make prudent and data-driven financial decisions. In her role as Revenue Accountant, she assists the Controller and CFO with tracking revenues and expenses, specializing in budgeting, systems and identifying cost-saving measures.
El was drawn to FirstPerson because of the firm’s drive for integrity and innovation, as well as the culture of kindness and the care the team has for one another.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in leadership and supervision from Indiana Purdue University, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Western Governor’s University. El is currently pursuing to advance to CPA.
El is a big animal advocate and has adopted four dogs. On most weekends, you can find El and her family (four-legged members included) enjoying a good hike.
