Erica has more than two decades of hospitality and customer service experience, and specializes in taking care of others. You could easily say she brings a lot to the table as a Benefit Support Specialist (and that doesn’t even include her homemade noodles!).

Always striving to be better, Erica joined the FirstPerson Team for the chance to grow. In her role, Erica provides exceptional client experiences each and every day. Outside of her daily duties at work, Erica is often found outside with a drink, a good book, and a lot of laughter.
