FirstPerson and Community Health Network Create New Partnership

INDIANAPOLIS, IN — FirstPerson and Community Health Network recently announced a partnership to create an innovative and modern approach to caring for caregivers.

With the partnership comes the placement of Michelle Mahaffey as EVP, Chief Human Resources Officer as a member of the Executive Committee at Community Health Network. Michelle steps into Community’s highest-level people role at a time when caregivers need and deserve focus, support and care.

Mahaffey is passionate about leading cultural transformation and has more than 25 years of proven experience in achieving business results through benefits, compensation and leadership development. She most recently served as SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Simon Property Group and spent time in a progression of HR roles at Dell and Cummins.

“There’s never been a more important time to support the caregivers at Community and we are excited to partner with The Performance Lab at FirstPerson to further our efforts to provide exceptional patient and caregiver experiences,” said Bryan Mills, president and CEO of Community Health Network.

“Michelle is another tremendous addition to Community’s team and will support our work to innovate the caregiver experience,” said Bryan Brenner, CEO and Founder at FirstPerson. “She has a proven track record of leading organizations, and we’re excited to integrate her strategic knowledge and thought leadership in HR, benefits and compliance.”
