Katy is a powerhouse when it comes to benefits and compliance strategy. And she’s got the experience and the 2017 Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising award to back it up. Her 25 years in law practice and two decades in the health and welfare benefits field provides Katy the platform needed to develop practical solutions for employers in the era of the Affordable Care Act.
In her role as Executive Vice President, Managing Director, and General Counsel, Katy provides leadership and insight to ensure clients are well served and that our firm continues to bring industry-leading resources to the table every day. She focuses on creating exceptional experiences for the FirstPerson Team, as well as for our clients.
Katy graduated from DePauw University and the Indiana University School of Law Indianapolis, and is member of the Indiana State Bar Association (admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1993 and the Georgia Bar in 2009). Katy is a frequent local and national speaker in the benefits industry, and a Board Member for The Humane Society for Hamilton County and the Children’s Bureau, Inc.
