Director of Client and Member Services

Nick may be an identical twin, but no one is like him when it comes to leading his team at FirstPerson. As the Director of Client and Member Services, he leads the overall experience for clients and their employees, collaborates to streamline processes, and creates new products to enhance our client experienct. Simply put, Nick ensures everything runs smoothly, at least until a spider creeps into his workspace!

Nick brings more than 15 years of experience in employee benefits, and is passionate about his team, his family, and his clients. Nick received his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, and holds a Certificate in Benefit Plan Administration, a Life and Health Insurance license, and is AHIP certified.

When he’s not working hard, Nick enjoys spending time with his family. He met his wife while stationed in Alaska and now has two daughters. Nick would do anything for his family (as long as it doesn’t include heights!).
