With 21 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and broadcast news, Olivia has a proven track record of delivering communications strategies that drive brand awareness, preference, and growth. A self-described change management junkie, she thrives on challenging the status quo and helping leaders transform their organizations from the inside out. Olivia starts with engaging and empowering employees to serve as brand champions and, ultimately, deliver a better customer experience.
In her role as Senior Director of Marketing, Olivia leads the traditional and digital marketing and community outreach efforts for FirstPerson. Her deep branding experience enables her to effectively assess, influence, and collaborate on marcom strategies that not only align to business goals, but also build substantial brand equity through cohesive messaging and compelling campaigns.
Olivia graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Telecommunications. In addition to being Six Sigma Green Belt certified, she has earned her Change Management Foundation certificate from APMG International. In her free time, Olivia loves to travel, coach, and make fun memories with her family.
