Rebecca joins FirstPerson with nearly 20 years’ experience in learning and development, and another seven in organizational change. She’s passionate about discovering opportunities to maximize human potential to deliver customer-centric solutions.

As Managing Director, Performance Lab, Rebecca’s role is to provide strategic guidance to clients who desire to build a high performance culture. Rebecca received her PhD in Organizational Development from Benedictine University, and she’s also a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).

A Hoosier from Washington, Indiana, Rebecca showed sheep for 10 years in 4-H. She believes in a “work hard, play hard” philosophy and often enjoys visiting new cultures and destinations with her family. Rebecca also volunteers with her kids and likes interior design.
