For the tenth year, First Person Advisors has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and Best Companies Group.
A statewide survey and awards program, Best Places to Work in Indiana identifies and honors 125 participating Hoosier employers with leading workplace cultures.
“First, we’re extremely grateful for our clients to have the privilege to work for and alongside them for over 20 years,” said First Person President and Chief Strategy Officer Mark Minner. “Without their partnership, we would not be named a Best Companies Group’s Hall of Fame company.”
Organizations from across the state entered the Best Places to Work in Indiana competition, a two-part process that begins with a review of a company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, and follows with an employee-experience survey that accounts for approximately 75% of the total evaluation. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
“This year’s award is particularly meaningful. In a year laden with challenges, our employees brought all they had to the firm and truly embodied our innovative spirit,” said Matt Henry, Chief People Officer at First Person. “Even in the most trying days, our people showed an inspiring level of dedication to each other and to their clients. This reward is all about them.”
The final rankings will be announced at an awards ceremony on May 6.
“To be recognized as a great place to work, and to enter the Best Places to Work Hall of Fame as a ten-year honoree, is truly humbling,” said First Person CEO and Founder Bryan Brenner. “Longevity like this comes from people buying into a vision of doing things the right way, and this is proof First Person employees really do.”
