$4 billion to 7 billion a year in matching gifts offered to employees goes unclaimed each year. In partnership with Central Indiana Community Foundation and Selflessly – FirstPerson launched the First Person Advisors Foundation to drive its philanthropic efforts and match employees’ charitable giving. Inspired by its employees and to make a more significant difference in the community, First Person will fund the Foundation through its annual revenues, with the goal of contributing 1% annually. A key component of the Foundation’s giving will come in the form of matching individual employees’ gifts up to $1,000 a year each.
At FirstPerson, we stand behind United Way’s commitment to making life better. Since 2012, we’ve hosted an annual fundraising drive to support United Way and its powerful mission.
Since 1999, the YMCA has hosted its annual Breakfast with Santa program, providing a hot breakfast, a visit with Santa, and a toy to each child from local shelters. We’re honored to be the premier sponsor and volunteer at the event each year.
We’re proud to support Outreach’s mission to equip and empower homeless teens and young adults to achieve stability and life transformation. A highlight from this past year was our celebration with the high school graduating class of 2018.
