The Indianapolis Star has awarded First Person Advisors, a subsidiary of NFP, a Top Workplaces designation for the second year in a row. This comes on the heels of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce’s naming First Person a Best Place to Work in Indiana.
“We’ve always told our clients that a solid workplace culture is essential to success,” said First Person CEO and Founder Bryan Brenner. “This recognition shows that we practice what we preach, and our growth demonstrates that it’s a strategy that works.”
Top Workplace winners are selected based entirely on anonymous employee-survey feedback gathered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. “By giving employees a voice and showcasing your authentic culture through employer branding, organizations can attract those job seekers who complement their culture. Culture drives performance,” said Energage CEO Eric Rubino.
“It’s gratifying to know our people feel First Person and NFP provide a workplace where they can do their best work and be their best selves,” said First Person President and Chief Strategy Officer Mark Minner. “It underscores what we’ve always believed: Give talented people a supportive work environment and they’ll deliver for your customers and each other.”
The Indianapolis Star recognized 108 Central Indiana companies and organizations as Top Workplaces for 2022, with honorees coming from 23 Indiana counties.
